UCHealth’s Healthy Hearts & Minds

Healthth Hearts & Minds is UCHealth’s school-based heart health education and prevention program designed for 5th, 7th, and 9th grade students. The program focuses on building heart-health knowledge and healthy habits, with optional, free health screenings available to help reduce barriers to access and connect students and families with additional resources.
