Sean Griffin from Colorado Mountain College gave us the details of the Trailblazers. This program supports first-generation college students by providing mentorship from members of the local business/professional community. Mentorship has proven to dramatically increase course completion and graduation rates. Let me know if you are interested in getting involved and mentoring a student.

Steve Jensen let us know that our exchange student next year is a 17 year old girl from France. We are looking for host families! Please let Steve know if you are interested.
Dan Austin and his RYLA committee completed their RYLA interviews. We will be sending 6 students this summer.
District Conference Update:
May 16-18 is just right around the corner! Scott & Ellen and done a great job planning a fantastic conference. We want YOU to attend! We have set aside scholarship money for members to attend the conference. Please let me know if you would like to be added to the list! You can split up the events if you cannot attend them all.
