Thanks to everyone who joined our meeting on Tuesday!  We had 56 Steamboat Rotarians and 4 guests on the call.

Larry Wennogle offered Thoughts for the Day about the silver linings of COVID quarantine (with TIME recurring in the message!):

1. Better appreciation of family and friends
2. Time for projects and home improvements
3. Time to get to know someone deeply
4. More time to appreciate nature
5. Really good cooking
6. More time for exercise and being outdoors
7. Time to appreciate a really good sunset
8. Time to appreciate the power of positive thinking
9. Time to thank everyone special!
10. Opportunity to become more mindful
11. Time to delve into complex issues
12. Time to be creative
13. Working from home/no commute

Thank you, Hazel Hoff, for leading Good News today bringing in $459!

Marilyn Lowney from the Haitian Health Foundation shared with the club information on work the Haiti Health Foundation does in Haiti. She was a wonderful presenter and her message was a good reminder, during what feels like a tough time, of how fortunate we are and how much need is out in the world!  Marilyn welcomes you to contact her directly at Marilyn@haitianhealthfoundation.us . More information on the Haitian Health Foundation can be found below.

Marilyn did start off the meeting with some laughs worth repeating:

"If Seinfeld were to make a show based on today:
George would pretend to have Covid to get 2 weeks off work
Kramer would make bootleg hand sanitizer in his bathtub
Elaine would date a pharmacist to get the vaccine sooner
Jerry would break up with a beautiful women because her mask dipped below her nose… and he would call her a “nose nudist”.
