Lobsterfest (Hospice and Home Health Care)
Gillian and Carol got everyone excited about the upcoming Lobsterfest. it will be held at Bob Adams Field Aug. 24th. If you still need tickets get in touch with Gillian, we only have 30 left!
Home Health helps home-bound patients manage chronic conditions and recover from illness and injury. Hospice provides compassionate, quality care that enables terminally ill patients to approach the end of life with dignity and comfort, and supports their loved ones through the death and grieving process. Every year, the agency provides approximately $400,000 of unreimbursed care to patients who are underinsured or cannot afford to pay. Home Health and Hospice operate most efficiently when done together as staff and resources can be shared among programs. The rural nature of the community continues to drive the need for care in the home for our most marginalized and vulnerable populations.
