A big thanks to Randy Rudasics for organizing the club's meeting on October 9th at Colorado Mountain College - Alpine Campus. The lunch was truly gourmet, the service excellent, and the facility exquisite. Our program for the day was a tour of the new CMC facility - many thanks to the tour guides which Randy lined up for us - Randy, Denise Roach, Peter Perhac, Kathie Rudasics and Brian Hoza for taking the time to show us around the new campus building. If you haven't had the opportunity to see the new facility, and its superb views of the community and valley, I encourage you to visit Randy and grab a cup of coffee in the coffee shop or lunch in the new cafe.
Chris Stillwell served as our greeter, Jenny Wall introduced guests and visiting Rotarians, Lynna Broyles provided our Thought for the Day, Kerry Shea was our songmaster, and Brian Harvey was our good news person. Karl Bunker was awarded Rotarian of the Month for his service, persistence and dedication to the club's Flower Barrels project. Finally, it was my great honor to present Jack Morrison, with his wife Jo present, with the club's highest honor - the Jack Morrison Lifetime Achievement Award.
