A standing thank you to Rex's crew for an awesome lunch (and adapting when we had such a good turn out), Chris Stillwell for always showing up early and staying late to make sure our audio is working, and Mark Fitzgerald for continuing to dial in Zoom!
Thank you to Mark Fitzgerald and Ashley Kane for hosting the August Happy Hour on Monday evening at Stehley Park. There was a great turnout, including musical performances by Kris Hammond and Steve Hitchcock.
Lily Starkey did an amazing job presenting on her year in Argentina. She definitely got to experience additional challenges this year. As with all of our youth presenters, Lily reminded us what amazing young adults come out of our town!
Thought for the day was from Tennis Champion and Presidential Medal of Freedom recipient Arthur Ashe, "Most people resist change, even when it promises to be for the better. But change will come, and if you acknowledge this simple but indisputable fact of life, and you understand that you must adjust to all change, then you will have a head start."
