Our goal in presenting to you is to introduce ourselves and foster strong and transparent relationships with the community throughout the development process. We want to share our projected timeline, highlight the many community benefits (Cell Tower, Community Marketplace, 14 Acre Community Park, Public Trails, Jobs, Infrastructure Improvements, Secondary Emergency Route, Historic Restoration of Stetson Ranch), share our plan in setting a new standard for development in environmental stewardship and workforce housing, and the significant economic impact we will have through tax revenues.
